- Approval stages. Design drawings, maquettes and material samples are submitted for your written approval before production proceeds.
- Natural variation. Bronze patina, stone grain and hand-finished surfaces vary between pieces. Reasonable variation from samples is inherent to the medium and is not a defect.
- Changes after approval. Alterations requested after a stage has been approved may affect price and schedule, and will be quoted separately.
- Site conditions. Where installation is included, you are responsible for site access and preparation, and for obtaining any permits required locally.
- Lead times. Any delivery date given is an estimate based on the agreed specification and normal production conditions.
5. Intellectual property

For commissioned work, ownership of designs and models is governed by your project contract.
