Design Capabilities

From Concept to Production-Ready Design

We don't just manufacture what you send us. We help you develop, refine, and resolve every design question — so the sculpture you receive is exactly what you intended, and built to actually stand in the real world.

Project Planning & Site Analysis

For large-scale public art, hotel landscapes, and commercial developments, a sculpture is rarely a standalone object — it's part of a spatial strategy. We help clients define the right placement, scale, material, and visual effect before production begins.

  • Where should the sculpture be placed, and at what scale?
  • What material suits the environment and long-term conditions?
  • Is lighting, water, or structural integration required?
  • Can it be transported and installed given site constraints?

3D Modeling & Visual Confirmation

For custom projects, 3D modeling is a critical confirmation stage. Clients can review exact proportions, surface contours, and structural details before any material is cut or cast — eliminating guesswork and reducing costly late-stage revisions.

  • Multi-angle views and dimension annotations provided
  • Detail close-ups for complex surfaces and joints
  • Scale relationship shown in context of the installation site
  • Client approval required before production begins

Material & Surface Finish Selection

The same design can be executed in different materials — and the choice affects visual result, weight, cost, maintenance, and lifespan. We guide clients through material selection based on project type, installation environment, and aesthetic goals.

  • Stainless steel: mirror polish, brushed, painted, or gold-toned
  • Bronze: antique patina, verdigris, dark brown, or polished highlights
  • Stone: polished, honed, antique, or natural-split finishes
  • FRP: automotive paint, metallic effect, or hand-painted finishes

Structural & Installation Planning

Large sculptures must be designed with installation in mind from the very beginning. We pre-plan base structures, anchor points, connection joints, segmentation methods, and lifting points during the design stage — not figured out on site under pressure.

  • Base and foundation drawings provided for site preparation
  • Segmentation planned for safe transport and reassembly
  • Lifting points and crane requirements specified in advance
  • Water, lighting, and structural integrations pre-resolved
Shipping Options

Flexible International Shipping

We work with your timeline, budget, and delivery requirements. Whether you need a full container for a large installation or a courier for a sample, we help you find the right logistics approach for every project.

01
Best for large projects

FCL Sea Freight

Full Container Load — ideal for large sculptures, heavy stone pieces, fountains, and multi-segment shipments. We pre-plan the container loading layout to minimize movement and impact risk during transit.

02
Budget-conscious

LCL Sea Freight

Less-than-Container Load — suitable for smaller pieces or projects where a full container isn't needed. We'll advise whether LCL is appropriate based on volume, destination, and handling complexity.

03
Time-critical

Air Freight

For urgent, lightweight, or time-sensitive deliveries — samples, small sculptures, exhibition pieces, or emergency components. Fast but cost-intensive; best evaluated case by case for larger items.

04
Samples & documents

International Courier

For material samples, color references, small decorative pieces, or project documents. Quick and trackable — ideal for pre-production confirmation or small supplementary items.

05
Port delivery

CIF — to Destination Port

Cost, Insurance & Freight to your nominated port. We handle shipping to the port; you manage local clearance, duties, and inland delivery. Ideal for experienced importers with established freight relationships.

06
Door delivery

DAP — Delivered at Place

We arrange shipping to your delivery address. You handle import duties and unloading on arrival. Good for clients who want simplified logistics but can manage their own customs process.

07
All-inclusive

DDP — Delivered Duty Paid

We handle shipping, customs clearance, and applicable duties — you receive the goods at your door. Availability depends on destination country regulations. Best for clients who prefer a fully managed, hassle-free delivery.

08
Your forwarder

Client-Nominated Forwarder

If you have your own freight forwarder in China or internationally, we coordinate directly with them. We provide all packing details, weights, dimensions, and documentation to support a smooth handover.

How to Choose

  • Large or heavy sculpture → FCL sea freight is usually most stable and cost-effective.
  • Client has import experience → CIF or FOB-type arrangements work well.
  • Prefer door-to-door logistics → Consider DAP or DDP based on your destination.
  • Urgent delivery needed → Evaluate air freight for lightweight or partial shipments.
  • Have a trusted forwarder → We'll work directly with your nominated agent.
  • Not sure what's best → Tell us your location and timeline; we'll advise.
